Our Story
Our founder, Eric Fanning, started the company with a vision of providing high-quality homes at affordable prices. His artistry and expertise began 25 years ago with honing his flooring skills and bathroom/kitchen tilework. With a great eye for design and precision, coupled with a heart to create lasting memories for his clients, he has been able to build a creative team eager to bring your vision to fruition.
